Hello, everyone! Today i want to continue my article journal review which will be talking about the result and discussion section of that article. If you haven't read my previous blog, please go on to this link . Result   The findings of this research showed that there is a difference while using silent and freeze-frame control mode to improve students' listening comprehension. There is largerst difference between the mean scores of using silent viewing technique (silent viewing group-one of the experimental groups) and the control group. However, there is no significant difference between the silent viewing group and the freeze-frame viewing group. Discussion Using audiovisual tool to improve students' listening comprehension creates more interesting and challenging experience for both learners and teachers. Hello everyone! Welcome back to my blog! Today, i'm going to talk about the journal article i was reading. If you haven't read my previous blog, go on to this link .  In the previous blog, i made a summary of the literature review on the article i was reading. Now, i want to make another summary which will be focused on the research method that used in this article. Anyways, the researcher used experimental method to collect their data. Participants The participants were 45 Iranian high school learners. They were in the third and fourth grade and in the age range of 16 to 18 years. The 45 participants were divided into 3 groups of 15 intermediate learners. The three groups have two experimental groups and one control group. Experimental group (A) treated with silent viewing mode to be used on playing the video materials, while the experimental group (B) treated with freeze frame viewing mode.
